Using the site and the waitlist
You may use this site for lawful, personal or business purposes. Joining the waitlist is optional and only means we may email you about LaFoto.ai. The waitlist does not guarantee access, pricing, or any specific feature, all of which are subject to change before launch.

The free tools are provided for your own legitimate use. Do not use them to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload content you do not have the right to use, or attempt to disrupt or abuse the service. We may rate-limit or restrict use to keep the tools available for everyone.
AI-generated content and ownership

A general note that applies to AI imagery everywhere: in the United States, purely AI-generated output generally cannot be copyrighted without meaningful human authorship. So any "you own it" statement — ours or a competitor's — is best understood as a usage license rather than enforceable copyright. For high-stakes commercial use, consult your own counsel.

Our comparison and guide pages describe third-party tools using information we believe to be accurate and that we source and date. Those tools change their features and pricing frequently, so always verify current details on the vendor's own site before making a decision. We are not affiliated with the competitors we compare unless stated.
