LaFoto.ai is pre-launch. Today this site mainly does one thing with your data: if you join the waitlist, we collect your email address so we can tell you when we launch. We do not sell your data, and we keep what we collect to a minimum.

What we collect
Waitlist email: when you submit the waitlist form, we collect the email address you provide. Free-tool input: if you use a tool that sends data to our server (for example, the AI prompt generator), the text you submit is processed to return a result. Most browser-based tools run entirely on your device and send nothing to us.
We may collect basic, aggregate technical information (such as general traffic patterns) to keep the site running and secure. We aim to avoid unnecessary tracking.
How we use your information
We use your waitlist email solely to contact you about LaFoto.ai — primarily a single message at launch. We use tool inputs only to generate the result you asked for. We use technical information to operate, secure, and improve the site.
How the waitlist works
Your email is submitted to our server, which forwards it to our waitlist provider to record your signup. This call happens server-side; we never expose provider keys to your browser. We do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.
Third parties and AI providers
Some features rely on third-party service providers — for example, an AI provider that powers the prompt generator. When you use such a feature, the necessary input is sent to that provider server-side to produce a result, subject to their terms. We share only what is needed to deliver the feature.
Cookies and analytics
We keep cookies and analytics to the minimum needed to run the site. If we add analytics, we will describe it here and honor applicable consent requirements before launch.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to remove your email from the waitlist at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information; we will honor applicable requests. Contact details are below.
Data retention, security, and children
We retain waitlist emails only as long as needed for their purpose, and we take reasonable measures to protect the limited data we hold. LaFoto.ai is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes and contact
