Why LaFoto charges per month and not per image

Per-image pricing sounds fairer and makes a batch impossible to budget. You cannot tell a client what fifty product shots will cost, because prompt length and output resolution both move the number, and you find out afterwards.

A monthly tier makes the ceiling knowable. What the higher tiers buy is capacity — larger outputs, longer batches, more generations — rather than features withheld from the free plan to force an upgrade.
